Privacy policy

Last updated August 27, 2026

Foxhound Northwest LLC (“Foxhound,” “we,” “us”) builds custom engraved covers and related work from the Pacific Northwest. This page describes what we collect when you use foxhoundnw.com, why we collect it, and who sees it.

This is a plain description of how the shop actually runs. It is not legal advice.

What we collect

  • Order brief. Email, saw model, notes about the mark, and an optional artwork file. That packet emails the shop so we can make the piece and match it to your payment.
  • Payment and shipping. Name, shipping address, phone, and payment details are collected by Stripe on checkout. We do not see or store card numbers on this site.
  • Contact. Email and an optional shop name if you write in about a crew pack or a custom job.
  • Technical basics. The host may log standard request data (IP, browser, pages viewed) to keep the site running.

Who sees it

  • The shop. Order notes, files, and contact messages go to david@foxhoundnw.com.
  • Stripe. Handles cards, tax, shipping addresses, and receipts. Their privacy policy covers that checkout: stripe.com/privacy.
  • FormSubmit. Sends the order brief and attachment to our inbox. Their terms cover that handoff: formsubmit.co.

We do not sell your information. We do not run ads against it.

How long we keep it

Order details stay as long as we need them to fulfill the job, handle shipping, taxes, and a reasonable shop record. Contact emails stay until you ask us to delete them. Artwork files are for the job — we don’t use customer marks on other saws.

Your choices

Email david@foxhoundnw.com to see, correct, or delete what we have on you. Payment records live with Stripe; we can point you there if you need a receipt or card update.

Kids

This shop is for adults buying tools and custom work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
